Items just didnt arrive. Then I had to request a refund. Why have items on the website for sale if there's no stock.

I tried to amend an order within 5 minutes of placing it to the correct delivery address. However your team simply said can't be done and that the item would go to the incorrect address and hopefully be returned for a refund. This is ridiculous when you know before the order has been been processed that it needs to go to a different address. Very unhelpful and poor service for a new customer.

Evri lost the parcel, requested a refund instead they have ordered a partial replacement order. Once I have asked them again to cancel it they have refused.

It was easy to navigate your website...and you've got loads of yummy protein flavours.
Never taken Protein Supplements before, and I'm quite nervous with my orders...hope they do taste nice!

The product I ordered was completely destroyed and half of the product was spread in the package. Bad packaging!

stop using evri, its constantly useless and never arrives ontime if at all

edit: To be fair to them, they have taken steps to make things better. Evri are still terrible and I would advise against ordering from any company which uses them. However, they have refunded my delivery fee and given me some credit on my account. So if you dont care about things showing up on time then go for it.

Great offer of 40% off on, however it also said free delivery over £30 however still got charged and had to go through the live chat. The agent didn't know it was free delivery over £30.

After 40 days of back and forth (5 requests), myvegan chose to not take responsibility for my lost order. To be precise, they sent a confirmation order with a tracking link that does not work without any update about the packing. Now they are asking again and again the same information without providing any solution. I can see that we are several customers in the same situation, I hope we will be the last.

2 months and no product/refund. Disgrace
Ordered mid November, still hasn't been shipped, it's now January. They won't refund me either, BS excuses of "forward to admin team" and "sent to cancellation process". I requested a refund a month ago and they're refusing. Selling a product they don't have and keeping the money.

My order was supposed to be sent to Spain, but the package was kept at customs and has not arrived yet.

Very disappointing - it was a Christmas gift for my sister and I made sure I ordered it early December for it to arrive before Christmas (which was in fact the estimated delivery date).

I am not sure whether I can trust buying again.
